Boys & Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria offers facility rentals at 1240 Yates Street for sports, functions and meetings. Please contact our administration office for booking information at (250) 384-9133 ext. 203 or by email. We also have facility rentals at our Metchosin Camp and our Harbourside Club.
Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. Boys and Girls Club programs have priority for bookings.
All users must provide a certificate of insurance and/or signed liability waivers in addition to a completed and signed facility agreement.

GYM
Boys & Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria has a full sized gymnasium located on the second floor. It includes a full basketball court or 2 cross-courts. Please bring your own equipment. There is street level wheelchair access.

MEETING ROOMS
Boys & Girls Clubs Services of Greater Victoria has several meeting rooms available to accommodate up to 30 people. Most rooms are wheelchair accessible.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Wheelchair access is available to the main floor from Yates street and via outside ramp to the 2nd floor offices and gymnasium. The 3rd floor is not wheelchair accessible. This location does not have barrier free washrooms. Please enquire about accessibility when you make your booking.
HARBOURSIDE ESQUIMALT CLUB
Harbourside Esquimalt Club offers two large open concept rooms, which are divided by a kitchen and doors for privacy. Each room can accommodate up to 140 people. We can provide chairs and tables for up to 45 people. Each room is wheelchair accessible, and has access to a kitchen and bathrooms. In addition, the facility offers an air hockey table, pool table, television with VCR/DVD and a variety of children’s toys.
Bookings are offered on Friday evenings and weekends.
